That a visit to smooth hair is about so much more than just a haircut. smooth hair is the brainchild of principal stylist Mel Johnson. Mel has worked in the Unley area for many years prior to opening smooth and wanted to create a boutique-style salon. This March we will have been open for 19 years and from day one the aim was to create a salon that combined cutting edge techniques with an inviting and non-intimidating culture. Having started life with a staff of just two, the salon now employs a team of six stylists.
